The meeting was called to order by club president, Nick Wladyczak. Guests were recognized and included Rotary District 6630 Governor Elect, Cheryl Warren. Our club and Foundation proposed budgets for the 2015/2016 Rotary year were distributed for review to the club members. Our club board will meet next Tuesday, April 14th at 7:30 at Kave. Nick also reminded club members of Magical Theatres need for assistance this weekend Saturday and Sunday to help remove the building contents. Rick Fisher announced that we have received a donation of a 4 some at Fairlawn Country Club as a prize for our Golf Outing Raffle. The raffle tickets will be printed and distributed, club members are encouraged to sell many tickets.  
 
Cheryl Warren shared news from the District. Our District Conference,the District 6630 Conference of Clubs, will be held April 24-26th at the Double Tree Inn, in Independence Ohio. Registration, and a schedule of the weekend can be found at the District 6630 website. Cheryl also urged members to examine their donation amounts to Every Rotarian Every Year as for our club to continue to qualify for District grants and RI matching grants the club needs to average at least $35 per member in donations to the RI general Fund, with the desired donation being $100 per member.
