We talked this morning about how to help the community and the club is asking our club foundation to make some donations. The enjoyment of the Barbertonopoly games that were passed out with the Birdie Bags prompted a discussion of games to be donated with the next food distribution- Shelly indicated distributions are weekly now. She will get numbers regarding the number of families distribution is going to so we can get an idea of amount of games. With regards to monetary donations a suggestion was made to donate to BACM would with a request to target Barberton as BACM can get the most food for the buck from the food bank.
Our BD meeting has been set up via Zoom for next Tuesday, April 14 and note it will be at 8am, the Thurs meeting will also be at 8. An email will be sent with the meeting join info to all club members. Also, the board meeting join info will be sent out along with the reports to all club members. The board meetings are open to all, with voting reserved for board members.
