Speaker Beth Cardina-club meeting of November 14

The meeting was called to order by club president Todd Wallace. Todd reminded club members of our membership event next Thursday, November 21 at Red Horse Winery and that door prizes are still needed. Event sign ups were distributed for the that event as well as Salvation Army Bell Ringing on December 6 at Magic City Plaza.

 

Our speaker Beth Cardina shared opportunities for volunteering in the CASA Program of Summit County. Beth explained the goal of the CASA volunteer is to see a child living in a safe and permanent home as soon as possible. There is a CASA/GAL program in Summit County and volunteers are always needed.
