Two weeks until the Reverse Raffle. President Jim Sawin shared our club will be sending a Shelter Box to Puerto Rico. The Rotary Fdn will match member donations up to $500 so we can make the $1000 fee for the Shelter Box.
The 50/50 raffle pot lives on -$265 now no one won.
Our speaker was Joe Stefan, the Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Barberton. Joe shared some of the new and exciting things happening in Barberton. Some of the things being discussed are- proposed legislation for medical marijuana, new businesses interested in coming to downtown and near downtown.
