Recognition of the Recipients of the Gavin-Westover Academic Scholarship for 2021At this Thursday's meeting of the Barberton Rotary Club, the students from Barberton and Norton High Schools who have been granted the scholarships from the Westover Fund of the Barberton Rotary Foundation's charge, will be acknowledged. While the meeting, unlike previous years, will be virtual though ZOOM, the same importance will be recognized. Our member and coordinator on this project is Shelly Habegger. She will be introducing the principles involved as well as the student recipients of the Scholarship Grants. The custodians of the funds from within the Foundation and the Barberton Rotary Club will be on hand as well as the representatives of the original grant contributors. |
